KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Troubleshooting and resolving all technical issues related to our Products by means of phone, email, chat and case tracking systems from 8 AM to 5 PM Central Time, Monday – Friday.
  • Work closely with Engineering and Sales teams to provide solutions to customers and provide overflow testing duties for Quality Assurance (but Technical Support will be the priority)
  • Help the development team in prioritizing the feature requests based on customer feedback
  • Address technical queries arising from product demonstrations to trial customers
  • Handle escalations for prioritized post-installation issues
  • Creating FAQ and documentation related to product training and support

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Expert knowledge of MySQL database including administration and design Knowledge of AWS and Manual testing

Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills

2 years of experience in a customer facing role

Must be customer-focused, and willing to do whatever it takes to resolve customer issues

Good communication skills

Quick learner, self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail

Ability to be a team player
